Service and Repairs
We offer a quick response break down service for all our customers, and aim to be on site within 24 hrs of your phone call. Being experienced in all aspects of Press shop machinery and auxiliary equipment, our time served Engineers can work with you to reduce production down time and deliver a professional approach to problematic plant.
Scheduled Service work and planned maintenance programmes are always the best way to keep the cogs of Industry turning; So to help with this we can assist you to build a customised layout of your Press shop machinery looking at the specific maintenance points and recommended intervals over the manufacturing year.

We have easy access to and carry an increasing list of the most popular replacement parts on Presses up to 150 tons, to include brake blocks, clutch keys, springs, ball pins, guard parts and control gear etc.

HSG 236 Guidance
With the introduction of the recent HSG236 guidelines set out to assist and enforce health and safety in the Power Press Industry, we find ourselves getting more and more involved with the bureaucracy and inter-company discussions that surround the stringent requirements set out by the HSE. We therefore now understand the importance of a well executed plan to maintain, service and document all aspects of work carried out on your Press shop equipment with an emphasis on the operators safe working environment.
We are also very pleased to be able to endorse and work hand in hand with local independent Insurance Inspectors who are extremely experienced and trained in all aspects of of industrial inspection and advise on H&S issues.
